Brad Horwitz, in partnership with John Stanton and Terry Gillespie, founded Trilogy International Partners in 2006 following the sale of Western Wireless Corporation to Alltel. Trilogy International was formed to acquire wireless international assets in Haiti and Bolivia and to develop additional international wireless assets, primarily in South America and the Caribbean. Prior to forming Trilogy International, Brad served as president of Western Wireless International, having founded the company in 1995 while also serving as an executive vice president of Western Wireless Corporation. Previously, Brad was a founder and COO of SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited (Hong Kong), an affiliate of McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc. Prior to that, Brad worked in various management capacities for McCaw Cellular including serving as vice president of international operations. Brad has a BS from San Diego State University.

Edgar Geidans has worked in the Telecommunications industry for over 32 years, with 21 being in wireless. He has successfully held a range of senior roles with a strong balance of Technical, Business Commercial and Senior Executive Management skills. Previous job titles include, Member of the Management Board, CTO, Vice President of Engineering and Operations, Operations Director and Director Program Management.Throughout his career he has had responsibility to lead and manage a range of large capital projects exceeding over $1.2Bn over his wireless career. Beginning with RFP and design specification development, organization creation, vendor selection, contract negotiations through to build, deploy, go-live, optimization and ongoing network operations for both existing and greenfield networks.His work record shows stability, longevity and commitment to his roles and dedication to the wireless and telecoms industries. During his career he has worked with most infrastructure suppliers and vendors and understands the importance of vendor relationships and supplier management balanced with a professional management style and strong negotiation skills.His employment history shows a logical progression of roles and responsibilities, covering a wide range of new and emerging technologies. Each position introduced more responsibilities requiring stronger management experience, interpersonal skills, business knowledge and commercial acumen. Those roles have also required him to perform his tasks in foreign, culturally sensitive and challenging “start up” environments requiring flexibility, diplomacy and strong management, organizational, technological, financial controls and commercial skills.Edgar has performed his roles with an equal balance of technology, commercial and human focus and can easily move between technical and commercial boundaries at all levels of a business.Specialties: End to End wireless and telecommunications CTO experience - From M&A due diligence activities to Ground up greenfield wireless network and company build-outs.
