* Stretching at the beginning of shift during team huddle
* Gather supplies needed for the day.
* Continually communicate with co-workers in regard to the process and following work instructions.
* Use critical thinking skills to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approach problems. These must be done while still following the work instructions.
* May work with a variety of chemicals or come in contact with chemicals.
* Employee assigned designated location on the blade to work on.
* Scuff laminate surface, cut out any extra flange/dried glass along the edge of the blade. (Take the gloss off)
