Job Description:
· Should be able to penetrate existing contacts to generate business for Infinity
· Will be responsible for Sales, Business Development and Marketing for post/pre close qc, due diligence
services & Tax/Title services
· Explain Infinity's services (post/pre close qc, due diligence services) , USPs and convince prospects to outsource
services to Infinity.
· Should be able to meet Revenue Generation Targets
· Will report directly to the President of the organization
· Maintain and update records of contacts, discussion and status in the CRM
· Research, identify and contact prospective clients for Infinity's services
· Should be able to mentor/monitor/manage a team of Telemarketing
executives
· Handle Scheduled appointments or webconferences
with the other teammembers
· Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone calls and email enquiries
· Track each lead up to closure and project implementation

to join our growing team. The
Regional Sales Director
will focus on developing new business within the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will be remote based and live in Maryland, D.C., or Northern Virginia. The Regional Sales Director will develop and maintain relationships with member agents therein, increase organic growth through new member recruitment and sales activities and drive profitable growth through aggregation in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Vice President and Regional Vice President to drive new business generation through identifying and recruiting new member agents and driving profitable growth through aggregation within the assigned territory.
Maximize revenue in assigned region by increasing the amount of aggregated premium.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with agents.
Maintain established carrier underwriting relationships.
Utilize Salesforce to plan, log, and execute sales strategies.
Engage partners to assist member agents with IT, marketing, and educational evaluations and opportunities.
Lead member agent's strategic planning process.
Report sales data and activities weekly to the SVP.
Complete new agent onboarding process.
Retain and service existing agents.
Educate members on First Choice partner and vendor discounts.
Stay abreast of industry trends and changes incorporating “proven practices” in the development of processes, services, and quality standards.
Support MarshBerry and individual branding through contributing to MarshBerry and industry and presentations.
Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services.

Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or master's preferred.
P&C license required. Professional Designations or Insurance Certifications like RPLU, CIC ARE, CPCU are a plus.
7-10 + years of sales experience with a minimum of 5+ within the insurance industry.
Strong relationships with agency owners within the territory.
In depth knowledge of insurance plans and carriers.
Proficient with technology; CRM, PowerBI, Word, Excel, Power Point. Salesforce experience is a plus.
Other:
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal with demonstrated creativity with regard to work. Experience presenting and writing content to be published is a plus
Ability to travel 30-40% of the time; includes overnight and weekend travel.

The Niche Sales Capture Senior Manager is an experienced deal shaper that aligns to client imperatives and solves business problems that often combine Niche with the full breadth of Accenture services. They manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise and develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and or existing clients to protect and grow the business. Role Responsibilities:

+ Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge Niche of organizational objectives.
+ May supervise or manage Bid Managers or other sales team members.
+ Bring the right talent to the sales opportunities at the right time.
+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
What you need:
+ Minimum of 4 years' experience shaping, negotiating, and closing large ServiceNow deals in the professional services space.
+ Minimum of 2 years' recent experience selling ServiceNow products and services.
+ Minimum of 6 years Sales Pursuit Management experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with quotas of $5M to $25M+ depending on industry and portfolio.
+ Experience in a digital first, data and AI led, B2B or B2C, global organization.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsible for driving the success of profitable service and repair sales across multi-regions with an emphasis on innovation, efficiencies, differentiated customer service and growth for the regions to operate consistently and cohesively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Drives and supports a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization in all lines of business. Includes acting as the face of safety and compliance to all employees.
* Acts as change agent in order to improve sales results by promoting improvements and changes as well as pushing through innovations to achieve best in class performance. Includes proactively addressing weaknesses and risks within the service and repair sales business by coaching and consulting with the regions.
* Supports service and repair sales for multi-regions with a strong emphasis on customer experience, growth and retention. Includes sharing best practices to nurture an organizational culture that challenges others to generate breakthrough ideas and take well-reasoned risks.
* Supports business development through sharing insights on customer relationships with key customers and consultants. Maintains a strong working knowledge of the overall service and repair market including market penetration, overall market size/segments, and competitors' positions and strategies. May include participating in key customer meetings and bid opportunities.
* Strategically reviews KPIs for each region and branch to assist the region in making plan. Works with region and branch management to provide coaching and support for business plans and sales goals.
* Collaborates with Regional President and Regional Director of Service Sales to review performance of region and branch sales and ensure SOPs and corporate initiatives are being successfully utilized. Includes occasional branch and region visits to consult on strategies for performance improvement as necessary.
* Engages in talent development and recruiting of key sales positions, supporting talent across regions. Acts as mentor to Regional Director of Service Sales. Support Sales Talent through STEP program, PMP, and counsels sales employees on career development.
* Participates in large bid reviews, as needed and requested by region.
* Support strategic sales initiatives in keeping with corporate and regional strategic initiatives. Includes use of TK Elevator sales tools and training, i.e., CRM, SOPs, and STAR customer relations.
* Maintains strong familiarity of company products by attending company training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods. Includes maintaining a strong understanding of TK Elevator, and its regional and company mission and objectives, ethical standards and code of conduct. Able to differentiate TK Elevator offerings from competition in all branch markets.
* Performs other duties as may be assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 10+ years directly related sales experience in the elevator or related industries, preferred.
* Proven success in B2B field sales, with experience selling services in a highly competitive market.
* Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
* Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to improve profitability.
* Ability to present effectively to customers, lead meetings and present to groups of people
