Performs other work-related tasks as deemed necessary by Company needs. WORK ENVIRONMENT Environmental Surroundings: Work is in a machine shop laboratory environment where noise, temperature fluctuations, the repetitive nature of the job, etc. are less desirable than in a typical office environment. Unavoidable Hazards: Possible hazards related to cuts, bruises, finger and hand injuries, bums, chemical reactions and muscle strains. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, metalworking fluids, chemicals, heating elements and airborne particles. Protective equipment and clothing appropriate to the task at hand is required. This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Commerce, CA location. Qualifications Requirements: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited school * Minimum of 7 years of inspection and testing management experience in the aerospace industry. Must have application knowledge of military/aerospace standards and world class quality specifications. Demonstrated ability to read and write English of a level required in Company shop documents and computer software entry and processing requirements as well as technical manuals and specification requirements. Must be capable of applying mathematical operations using fractions, decimals, algebra, and geometry as required by essential job duties. Physical: Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Required to adjust requisite equipment to set-up specifications. Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000.
