PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY: D shift shift every other Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday 5:50pm - 6:00am Safely operate loaders, silos, hoppers, blenders, grinders, and other equipment. Properly and quickly supply materials to the production floor, ensuring a constant supply to machines. Be able to safely use a forklift to move heavy loads. Properly complete all necessary documentation for production, and control of inventories. Respond to and assist in correcting any alarms that occur on associated material handling equipment. Be accurate in using electronic scanners to transfer material and finished goods. Notify the Coordinator or Warehouse Manager of any conditions that impede production. Be clean when performing duties, and clean up wherever and whenever necessary. Understand differences in material types, grades, colors, regrind and correct mix percentages. Perform necessary input to IQMS using computers and/or scanners. Ability to interface directly with other production personnel to achieve production and quality standards Manage workloads to maintain efficient and effective plant operation for molds, equipment, assembly and the production facility. Correctly use label creation software and printers. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching. Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm Key Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks in accordance with Intertech's Policies and Procedures * Complete daily tasks in accordance with safety rules and regulations * Perform inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings and history files, inspection, work instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions, and other related documents * Support and follow all ISO 13485 standards * Identify and report non-conforming material and product * Understand and apply product traceability * Perform preliminary and progressive production inspections, verify functional operation, final inspections, and verify paperwork * Skilled at conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance * Investigate or report questionable inspection results * Verify and document specified manufacturing process steps * Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance * Perform area inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications * Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel * Perform general 5S activities daily * Ability to work independently * Demonstrate ability to read, understand, interpret and implement technical procedures and work instructions. * Able to retrieve information, train and transfer knowledge to team members * Take ownership of working area and implement improvements with minimum supervision On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, Colorado location. Qualifications Previous injection molding, manufacturing, QA experience preferred * Previous experience in an ISO 13485 regulated environment preferred * Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Products * Basic math skills * Familiar with the and use of various inspection tool, methods, and techniques * Ability to read and write in English is required * Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred * Knowledge or understanding of basic statistics, or use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50. Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
