What You Will Do

* Establishes and maintains a professional working relationship with the customer and provides one-on-one direct familiarization briefings with the customer during the road trip .
* Properly identify (tag) customer property and equipment. Store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely .
* Follow standard operating procedures and JSAs when operating ground support equipment .
* Operate and oversee use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components .
Additional Functions:
* Orders and receives all tooling and materials that will be needed to service the AOG acft .
* Arranges the shipment of all core units and tooling back to Gulfstream .
* Identifies required. advanced troubleshooting techniques for all model acft with assistance from Tech Ops .

We're hiring a seasoned sales leader to own the performance and growth of our Corporate and Public Sector revenue engines. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines sales leadership, talent development, and go-to-market strategy. You'll coach and develop seven Account Executives (AEs), recruit top performers to expand both teams, drive predictable revenue attainment, and partner cross-functionally to refine our GTM for enterprise and government customers.
What Your Contributions Will Be
Directly manage and coach Account Executives across Corporate and Public Sector, driving consistent, predictable revenue and pipeline health.
Recruit, interview, and hire new AEs and future leaders; partner with Talent/HR to build high-performing teams and effective onboarding processes.
Lead a two-speed operating model: pursue complex enterprise deals (six-seven figures, 6-18 month cycles) while enabling newer AEs to win short-cycle deals (60-90 days).
Establish an enterprise deal governance process (capture plans, exec sponsors, competitive strategy) and a short-cycle playbook for new AEs (prospecting, qualification, MEDDICC/BANT hygiene, closing).
Shape go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition and expansion across government and commercial verticals.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, enablement, and cross-sell/renewal motions.
Deliver recurring coaching, performance management, and career development for direct reports.
Ideally You Will Have
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment; 5+ years managing sales teams or sales managers.
Experience selling to both public sector/government entities and commercial enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and scaling high-performing AE teams.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, CRM rigor (Salesforce), and comfort with sales metrics/KPIs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.

What You Should Bring
In this role, you will utilise your excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. * Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful training program design and execution

What You'll Do

What You'll Do
As a Value Engineer at NetDocuments, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle, working alongside our sales team to engage with prospective customers, understand their current processes and associated costs, and build a compelling business case showing how NetDocuments can deliver superior business outcomes - increased efficiency, reduced risk, cost savings, and improved compliance.

You Will
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Leadership to qualify prospects and plan discovery/value-assessment meetings.
Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand customer workflows, pain points, inefficiencies, compliance exposures, and cost structures.
Build and deliver tailored business-case analyses and ROI models (TCO, savings, efficiency gains, risk mitigation).
Translate technical product capabilities into business-value language for legal, finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.

What You'll Need to be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or related B2B SaaS roles.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling and ROI analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate value in business and financial terms.
Strong business acumen and understanding of legal workflows, cost drivers, and compliance needs.

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer who's passionate about building robust backend systems and scalable cloud solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge products that enhance how our clients work-both behind the scenes and through intuitive, user-facing experiences.
