Henry Hummel, senior vice president and general manager, Clean Air Division, leads Tenneco's Clean Air product line globally, responsible for continuing Tenneco’s growth in the light vehicle and commercial truck and off-highway markets, and focusing on a range of large engine regulatory-driven opportunities. He is based in Grass Lake, Michigan, and is a member of Tenneco’s senior management team and its executive strategy group. Hummel joined Tenneco in September 2015 from GE Healthcare where, since October 2014, he had been serving as president and CEO of molecular imaging and computed tomography, leading the company’s $3.5 billion global business focused on diagnostic imaging equipment and services. He had been with GE Healthcare for more than 20 years, managing global businesses and functions including operations, strategic planning, new product introductions, technology and business integration. In addition to his time with GE Healthcare, Hummel also spent time with Johnson Controls, Inc., serving as vice president and general manager service North America and Covance, as vice president and general manager of the company’s Madison, Wisconsin laboratories. Hummel holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Jim Fanelli is a Chief Financial Officer at Trimedx. He has experience at Ricewaterhousecoopers and CROWE HORWATH LLP.

As General Counsel, Art Fisher provides overall legal counsel and legal direction for TRIMEDX, executive management and the Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining TRIMEDX, Art was General Counsel for Determine, a publicly traded software company, where he managed all global legal and human resources affairs. Before Determine, Art was a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he counseled public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Art was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City before attending law school. He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and DePauw University. Art lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three young sons.

Chris leads the development of financial strategy and drives key organizational growth initiatives. Chris brings more than 25 years of experience strengthening financial operations and driving significant growth in a variety of companies. He has executive-level experience with companies including Siemens, Synagro, and Redzone Robotics. His expertise includes investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and financial planning.

Chris earned a diploma of business studies and finance from Kingston University in the UK.

Dawn Griffin is Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at TRIMEDX. Dawn brings over 20 years of experience and leads TRIMEDX’s human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, organization development, culture, and associate engagement.

Throughout her career, Dawn has been focused on global private equity companies in automotive, life sciences and healthcare. Prior to joining TRIMEDX in 2016, Dawn served in executive roles at Envigo, Harlan Laboratories, and Remy International. She is a board member for The Goodwill Foundation of Central and Southern Indiana.

Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

LeAnne Hester is a Senior Vice President:Mktg at Support Services Group and Chief Marketing Officer at Trimedx and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has worked as VP:Services & Support at MEZZIA INC, Chief Mktg & Sales Ofcr at Ontario Systems, and Program Director at 360 Degree Corp. Leanne attended Anderson University between 2000 and 2002, THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1999 and 2000, and DQ Entertainment between 2010 and 2010.

Rob Duffy is the chief shared services officer at TRIMEDX. In this capacity, he leads strategic business teams including supply chain, strategic modality management, technical training, service operations, and the Client Experience Center (CEC).

Rob joined TRIMEDX in 2014. His responsibilities include defining clear financial, technological, and service-level goals and objectives by leveraging the investments and core capabilities of the company. Rob also partners with the TRIMEDX Executive Leadership Team, developing specific opportunities and allocating resources to capitalize on them.

Previous leadership roles include healthcare, electronics, and automotive industries with companies such as Roche, APL Logistics, and Delco Remy. Rob is a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a BS in Engineering and served in the United States Army.

Tom Vorpahl works at Trimedx and a Senior Vice President Of Sales at Alpha Source Group, VP at Philips, and MedTech Industry Private Equity Consultant at GLG and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has experience at Siemens, Philips North America, and GE and has worked as Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer TRIMEDX at Ascension Health System, Sales Manager at Daig Corporation, and President at Handicare North America. Tom works or has worked as MEMBER at American Academy of Physician Assistants. He studied at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee between 1973 and 1979, West Allis Nathan Hale High School, and University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
