It payed well and had decent benefits.
Very low diversity. Some are more "diverse" than the rest. Generally you will be treated like cattle and thrown away when you are no longer of use. Indirect prejudice is used when people don't like you.
My favorite part was the very few days that I was actually able to just show up, do my job, and then leave.
I don't know them well enough to form an opinion.
Management and HR need to be more active with the employees. I don't mean training videos, I mean socialize and actually form a realistic opinion of those who no longer need to be with the company.
Given the location and cost of living, it's about average. Maybe slightly above. The bus drivers seem to be treated well at the cost of higher stress.
little to none. Only reason this would exist is if the company wanted to put on a publicity stunt.
Being left alone.
The pay & benefits are excellent. Great career advancement, too.
There are a lot of overlapping legacy systems that will drive you crazy.
Being vested in 3 years!
Our General Manager is a stand-up guy, caring and genuine. The executive team is juggling a lot of balls.
Better management systems, and I don't mean new software.
I was hired as a 6-month temp through Robert Half, and transitioned to a full-time position in four months.
I came from non-profit visual arts executive leadership, so there simply is no comparison.
It's remarkably better than the overall population of the city and the state.
I am able to contribute using my skills.
The pay if you can just look down, do the job and watch others not do any work and on overtime.
Management will take credit for hard working honest employees and give you letters of warning to cover their incompetence skills
None. Feeling even worst after realizing almost all administration's employees don't support the field employees.
nothing. this is a good old boys club. alot of women are sexually assaulted by their fellow employees and tri met takes the side of the man.
stressful and i was sexually assaulted
