    * In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Nutritional Services Aide performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas. is eligible to all candidates 16+ in age What You Will Do: * Tray line prep and assembly * Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray line Prep, and Delivery. * Adheres to all food safety regulations and manages food safety risks including: personal hygiene, food handling, food preparation and production, and food storage * Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition * All other duties as assigned. Provides basic nutrition educational information to patients. * Delivers and picks up food carts as requested. * Consistently implements phone orders for new admissions, diet or room changes. * Heads patient menus neatly and accurately with correct room number and name. * Marks menus neatly and with accuracy - including measurements, fluid restrictions, sodium restrictions, isolations, etc. Accurately checks breakfast, lunch and dinner menus just prior to service; checks room number and diet; takes out discharges; and adds for new admissions. * Accurately tallies last-minute special items needed for each successive meal. * Informs cooks of food items needed.
