Position Overview

Requirements

Electricians with Journeymans card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment NOT facilities maintenance.
Experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.
Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) AAM Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred. Please note, if candidates were heavier on PLC's and lighter on CNC's or vice versa it would be fine. Candidate should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity.
Most importantly, should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items. They will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.
Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
