Participate in pre-construction to close-out activities including mobilization, punch list, turnover and commissioning. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving capabilities in finding ways to overcome constant obstacles, issues, and conflicts on the job. Leads all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
