Cons of working at Trinity Washington University

From the top to the bottom, there is something rotten there. The HR director, Tracey Ross Prince, does not know her job and will do all she can to protect the university at all costs, although knowing that she lies on the institution's behalf. She has no integrity, although she pretends to listen to your concern, knowing full well in the end, she is going to air on the side of the provost, regardless. There are no opportunities at Trinity regardless of your experience and education. Because there is nepotism, the only persons who are promoted are those who follow the "Trinity Way." Other than that, you can work there for years and never get a raise in salary. They will alienate you. There are so many problems with this school until one would have to question why do students still go there and why do some employees who could do better not leave there. Honestly, this institution needs to be scrutinized by every higher educational entity because although it pretends to glitter with gold, it's rotten from its very core.
