Pros of working at Trinseo

Absolutely none. Easily the worst run company I have ever had the displeasure of working for.

Cons of working at Trinseo

Too many to name. Poor compensation, utterly clueless local, regional and global management and no focus on growing the company organically.

Trinseo benefits

Health benefits weren’t awful.

What do you like best about Trinseo's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. How Bozich still has a job is mind boggling. He’s taken a successful company and driven it into the ground.

How would you improve Trinseo's culture?

Fire the entire ELT

How does your compensation at Trinseo compare to the industry average?

Below average

What's the diversity at Trinseo like?

95% white. No diversity at all. One of the least diverse groups I’ve ever been a part of.

What brings you the most joy at Trinseo?

Leaving to go home. Being at work is painful and sad. The culture is horrible. That’s what happens when you take a $1.5 billion dollar company and reduce it to $70 million.

Lower level management are smart and very helpful with no direction from above!!

Cons of working at Trinseo

Managers are usually worried about losing their jobs, so they’re always pushing responsibility on bottom managers. You check, you will see very height turnover on lower level mgrs. it’s always the other workers ! Will not take responsibility for their shortcomings! you will be let go b4 6 months ends!!
