Overview (Scope of Role) This Part-Time (50%) Business Development Manager - North America Latex Binders role consists of strategic marketing and business development for the Sustainable Packaging platform to accelerate growth in North America with customers in adhesives (CASE), barrier applications (Paper & Board) and downstream in the packaging value chain (converters, brand owners, etc.). Additionally, the role includes driving business growth in coated board applications capitalizing on increasing regional production and expansion of paper-based packaging. This will be a remote position that will require up to 50% travel to internal sites and customer visits. Winter Services is currently seeking a skilled and self-motivated Landscape Field Technician to join our team. This is a remote position requiring the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Landscape Field Technician will be responsible for carrying out a range of landscaping tasks and providing support to the Regional Landscape Manager as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all daily tasks are completed on schedule and according to quality standards. Performing site checks and landscaping site reports as well as punch lists. Perform Landscape duties, including but not limited to new plant/bush/tree installations, removing dead or damaged bushes and trees, spraying and/or hand pulling of weeds, bush/hedge trimming/shaping, site visits, site reports and photographs, site measuring, creation of proposals, mulch/rock installation, mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and litter removal. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and equipment. Immediately report any damaged, broken, missing, or malfunctioning equipment and/or any safety concerns to the Regional Landscape Manager Maintain and monitor the vehicle and equipment fluid levels and ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition prior to use. Clean the vehicle as needed, perform daily safety inspections. Brief the Regional Landscape Manager and offer recommendations related to site status. Other duties as assigned. Instrument Electrical Technician Instrument Electrical Technicians install, maintain and repair the measuring and control instruments used in industrial processing. They work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer instruments used to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition to support the process plants. Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills Maintaining and repairing all types of instrument systems. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing defective components on instrumentation. Reading electrical, logic, and loop diagrams. Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills. Procedure use - this includes field use, review, revision, and development of procedures. Millwright/Mechanical Technician Millwright/Mechanical Technicians install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair process and mechanical equipment used in industrial processing. The mechanical equipment may include ANSI (American National Standards Institute) pumps, various types of compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, mixers and agitators. Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills Maintaining and repairing all types of mechanical equipment. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing defective equipment parts. Reading blueprints and design drawings. Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Procedure use - this includes field use, review, revision, and development of procedures. Qualifications Educational Requirements A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required. Individuals who are currently enrolled in high school or college or have graduated or received a GED within the last two years will be required to provide official transcripts/GED scores prior to being invited to an onsite interview. Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework in High School, per graduation requirements. Completion of Chemistry and / or Physics coursework in High School is preferred.
