Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while aligning team members to roles and responsibilities. Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, testing, quality, distributors, vendors, and end users. Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders Required Experience & Education Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Business Administration (with strong technical design and execution background). Experience: 7-10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven background in advanced capital equipment design, build, and installation (scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and quality). PMP certification strongly preferred. Project Leadership: Demonstrated success managing scope, budgets, schedules, personnel, and materials within complex organizations. Technical Knowledge: ERP systems experience for project management and reporting. Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, financial tracking, reporting). Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, or equivalent standards. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Other Requirements: Supervisory experience managing technical professionals. The Reliability pipe fitter is responsible for problem trobleshoot and repair execution based work schedule, related with piping, plumbing, estructures, supports and tank systems within plat facilities. Also supports Reliability mechanics in the execution of mechanical task through production lines. This position will be located in Bristol, PA and reports to the Reliability Leader. Responsibilities * Follow safe work procedures in the operation of tools and equipment proper of ther duites as pipe fitter/mechanic. • Relays pertinent technical information to co-workers and supervisor. * Determine list of materials and parts to execute the work. • Drives a forklift. • Maintains good housekeeping of work areas. • Supports Behavior Based Safety process by performing observations. • Supports Loss Control policy, ISO 9001 and OSHAS 18001 management systems. • Will climb ladders and work outside in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE including SCBA respirator. • Will work on a 8 hour shift schedule (requires emergency plat support after hours). Qualifications * Welding experience on stainless & carbon steel pipes, supports and structures. * Pro-skill to take and determine dimesions, angles and radios of piping systems. * Experience using different metal cut techniques like grinder disc, oxyget cut, pipe cutter, etc. * Pro-effiecient using rotary tools and hand tools. * Good knoledge identifiying pipe schedule and material, fitting types and pressure rates, valve class, types and materials. * Interpretation of drawings & isometrics. * Good skills to work, built and repair threaded pipe and accesories * HS Diploma or GED is required• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical insdutry preferred * Basic skills in MS Office and excellent interpersonal skills are expected * Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is key to success in this role
