Build scalable documentation and process flows that strengthen team efficiency and prepare the program for growth. We're excited about you because… You have 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a customer-facing role where you managed coordination across multiple stakeholders. You're comfortable working primarily on-site in Concord and Bay Point (with occasional visits to San Francisco) and can adapt to changing schedules in a fast-moving environment. You're detail-oriented and process-driven, able to log and document workflows that improve team efficiency and support scaling operations. You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and share feedback clearly. You're comfortable supporting light field testing, including occasional equipment handling (up to 50 lbs) and working alongside a flight operations team. A Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
