    Responsibilities OEM Customer Support Manager Triumph Title: Customer Support Manager II Responsible for customer communication, relationships, and account transactional management for OEM production programs.     Responsibilities Inventory/Material Control Clerk Triumph Title: Inventory/Material Control Clerk 2 FLSA: Nonexempt Reports to: Manager, Planning and Materials Maintains and issues material in the stockroom. Essential Functions * Conducts all operating system transactions for all material receipts and issues of material into and out of the Parts Integrity Area (PIA). * Receive material from incoming inspection or SIDA suppliers into the stockroom. * Pull material for Assembly jobs, including stack-up, from PIA based on the pull list provided by Production Control. * Fill backorders for material shortages to job pulls once material is available. * Deliver material to appropriate area that was over issued or used for production returns. * Issue material for engineering requests per Production Control. * Performs daily cycle counts. * Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook. * Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements * Other duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met.
