Precisely measure dimensions such as length, height, diameter, and distance between reference points using advanced precision instruments.
Accurately locate reference points on parts and measure intricate dimensions like angles, arcs, and radii.
Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive welding logs.
Perform precise dimensional inspection of components and assemblies.
Execute thorough inspections of first-run, in-process, and final fabricated parts and assemblies.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality control cell is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand and production schedule.
Performs receiving, in-process and/or final inspection of hardware. Conducts complex inspections as defined by quality/inspection plans or per directions of quality management/engineering. Responsibilities
The Quality Team Lead will inspect products by using a variety of inspection tools/devices, work instructions and computer to perform a series of inspections to correctly verify incoming parts, in-process and completed assemblies.
Verify supplier material certifications, including special processes, and ensure compliance with quality/PO requirements.
Creates supporting documentation (data books, certificates of conformance, etc…)
Support disposition of discrepant materials (MRB) in accordance with appropriate quality procedures and maintain low inventory of on-hold parts.
Verifies first articles from suppliers and internal departments.

We are seeking an experienced NACE Inspector Level III to perform comprehensive visual inspections and Holiday Tests on the vulcanized rubber liners of three Ecodyn tanks located at Valero Port Arthur, Texas. The NACE Inspector will be responsible for documenting each inspection, identifying any rejected indications, and ensuring proper corrective actions are followed during the repair process. The inspector will also be required to perform in-process inspections and submit daily reports during the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Inspections: Conduct thorough visual inspections of the vulcanized rubber liner inside each of the three Ecodyn tanks to ensure they meet specified standards.
Holiday Testing: Perform Holiday Tests on the rubber linings of each tank to identify any coating defects or discontinuities.
Reporting: Document findings in clear and detailed reports for each tank, including any areas of concern or defects identified during the inspection.
Rejected Indications: If any rejected indications or defects are found, follow the approved repair process and ensure all necessary repairs are completed.
In-Process Inspections: Conduct in-process inspections during the repair phase to ensure the quality and compliance of repairs.
Daily Reports: Submit daily reports during the repair process to document progress, any issues, and resolutions.
Compliance: Ensure all inspection activities comply with applicable standards, including NACE and industry-specific guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and repair teams to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Required Qualifications:
NACE Level III Certification (or equivalent) in Coating Inspection.
Proven experience performing visual inspections and Holiday Testing, particularly on rubber linings.
Strong understanding of coating inspection standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage inspection tasks for multiple tanks.
Familiarity with reporting requirements and documentation of inspection and repair activities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects or non-compliance issues.

Job Title: Natural Gas Distribution Inspector Level 2Location: South East, TXKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive inspections of pipelines, focusing on line extensions and rebuild services, to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.Distribution Inspector must have experience in the field of distribution construction activities that the Company is performing, including but not limited to proficiency in the following activities and programs: Main line installation, Service line installation, Tie-ins, Service and Mainline retirements, Leak Repair, Regulator Settings, Weld Mapping.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop effective inspection strategies and contribute to the planning of line extension projects and rebuild services.Provide technical expertise to support decision-making processes related to pipeline maintenance, repair, and replacement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices as well as knowledge of the following: PHMSA part 192 requirements, OSHA site safety, Maximo/Moblite, Locus IQ, Pragma CAD, as-built drawings, and ONE MAP. Qualifications:Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in pipeline inspection, with a focus on line extensions and rebuild services.In-depth knowledge of pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair processes, particularly related to line extensions and rebuild projects.Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess potential issues in pipelines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team.
