Qualifications and Experience Ā· Minimum of 2 years of private lending or hard money lending experience required. Ā· Proven success in loan origination, sales, or business development. Ā· Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies including fix and flip, DSCR, rental, and bridge lending. Ā· Polished communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ā· Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating independently. Ā· Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess leverage, risk, and deal structure. Ā· Proficiency with CRM systems, Zoho experience preferred, and Microsoft Office. Ā· Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
