Essential Duties:
Our Video Teller will be responsible for accurate and efficient performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). Educate members so to make them comfortable and capable of using interactive technology. Our ITM Tellers will process member transactions via phone, video and electronic correspondence. Efficiently handle all member inquiries. Resolve member's problems and troubleshoot issues. Promote positive and productive working relationships with our members. All ITM Tellers have ability to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and provide referrals.

Position Overview
As a part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will be operating a SiteOne vehicle to deliver world-class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully.

Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations

This is an opportunity to join a development team of ~25 engineers and 14 technicians that develop public safety radio equipment that saves lives. We have a relaxed work environment by the Lincoln Airport with no dress code and small workout gym, pool table and shuffleboard table. Land mobile radio experienced required for more senior positions/pay.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To participate in the testing of new LMR subscriber software products and enhancements to existing products. Test and verify product changes/enhancements with some guidance. On new projects, perform analysis and develop test plans traceable to requirements. Support the analysis and evaluation of new software/product test technologies. Support the design and development of innovative automated testing infrastructures to reduce dependency on manual testing, and support the migration to those infrastructures and methodologies. Actively communicate and coordinate with other internal departments and customers providing constructive inputs and timely feedback.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sets up and maintains software test lab including PCs, radios, service monitors, and other related equipment.
Executes manual test plans, records and reports results.
Sets up and executes automated test plans specified by engineering for the testing of software functions.
Programs, tests, aligns, and repairs engineering prototypes.
Provides technical support to engineers and field service.
Communicates suggestions for improvements of products/processes that would enhance the effectiveness/performance of our products.
Communicate with customers to collect field data and resolve issues.
Maintain infrastructure equipment required for subscriber testing
Document findings, record test results and create reports.
Exhibits dependability and comply with attendance requirements.
Acts as a liaison between company and customer for any issues or concerns with the product that may arise as part of testing activities.
Exhibits desirable and appropriate professional behavior including leadership, sense of urgency, independent judgment, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creative thinking and personal integrity to provide for a cohesive, productive unit dedicated to the achievement of corporate goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of a two-year technical college in electronics, military communications schooling or equivalent.
Knowledge of land mobile radio system configurations required for senior positions
COMPETENCIES:
Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, flow charts, and schematics.
Ability to work with common personal computer applications.
Ability to lift 40-70 pounds of equipment.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with company personnel.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision.
