Mark T. Bertolini (born 1956) is an American businessman who was the CEO of Aetna, a Fortune 50 diversified health care benefits company with over $60 billion in 2015 revenue. Bertolini assumed the role of CEO on November 29, 2010 and of Chairman on April 8, 2011 until Aetna was sold to CVS on November 28, 2018.

Thomas J. McInerney has been their President and Chief Executive Officer and a director since January 2013. Before joining their company, Mr. McInerney had served as a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group from June 2011 to December 2012, providing consulting and advisory services to leading insurance and financial services companies in the United States and Canada. Glenn has also held senior positions in commercial real estate involving consulting and brokerage services and with owner/operator/developers of franchised hotels, restaurants, and large-scale shopping centers, where he contributed to the successful expansion of real estate holdings and commercial operations via business and real estate acquisitions and development. Prior to going in house, Glenn represented the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and Warren County Community College as outside general counsel. He was involved in a number of deals involving professional sports franchises Giants, Jets, Nets and Devils and sponsors Phillip Morris, Anheuser Busch and Coca-Cola, as well as the naming of Continental Airlines Arena, one of the first naming rights deals of the time, the expansion of Giants Stadium and development of the first college campus for Warren County Community College.Prior to becoming a lawyer, Glenn led business development for a commercial contracting firm where he was responsible for projects such as the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Morristown Memorial Hospital and Federal Express.Specialties: Business & Corporate Law, Real Estate

Ronald A. Rittenmeyer has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as a Director of IMS Health from April 2010 to October 2016. He served as Chairman, President and CEO of Expert Global Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to June 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Rittenmeyer served as Chairman, CEO and President of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from 2005 until 2008.He served as Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Data Systems Corporation from October 2005 until September 2007 (including service as Co-Chief Operating Officer until May 2006) and as Executive Vice President, Global Service Delivery from July 2005 until December 2006. Mr. Rittenmeyer also serves on the boards of directors of American International Group, Inc. and Tenet Health Care Corporation. He previously served as a director of EDS and RH Donnelley (presently Dex One Corporation). Mr. Rittenmeyer has a bachelor of arts degree in Commerce and Economics from Wilkes University, and his MBA from Rockhurst University.
