Leadership & Communication * Serve as the point of contact for all FOH staff and guests during the shift. * Complete Line up with BOH (back of house) and FOH team reviewing any features, 86 items, etc. * Maintain clear and professional communication with BOH leadership, especially chef and kitchen staff. * Lead by example-demonstrate proper service standards, professionalism, and guest engagement. * Ensure all staff are aware of closing duties and assignments before the start of closing procedures. * Communicate any issues that happened during the shift with Bob Markoe and Jalisa Hamilton. Guest Service & Experience * Walk the dining room, bar, and patio consistently throughout the evening to monitor guest satisfaction. * Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. * Ensure tables are greeted, serviced, and turned efficiently. * Monitor and support servers with table maintenance, bussing, and final check presentation. Staff Management & Oversight * Assign closing side-work duties to servers, bartenders, and hosts. * Verify all side-work has been properly completed before releasing staff. * Conduct end-of-shift check-ins to ensure staff are leaving the workspace organized and clean. * Ensure Closing Checklist are being followed by all staff members. Financial & POS Responsibilities * Verify that all Z's are closed. * Ensure no open checks remain in the POS system before closing. * Make sure all servers and bartenders complete drops, and management is emailed and made aware of any short drops (Kandace, Bobby, Jalisa). Facility & Cleanliness Standards * Inspect all FOH areas (dining room, bar, patio, host stand, restrooms) for cleanliness and reset. * Ensure all lights, TVs, and music are turned off according to closing protocol. * Verify trash and recycling have been taken out and all floors swept and mopped. * Confirm all doors are locked and alarm systems set. Reporting & Follow-Up * Communicate any incidents or notable events to Bobby Markoe and Jalisa Hamilton via text or email before end of night. * Note any inventory shortages or items needing restock for the following day. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately mix, prepare, and apply chemical solutions, including fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to turf, trees, shrubs, and other plant materials. * Safely operate and maintain all spray equipment such as boom sprayers, handheld sprayers, and granular spreaders. * Conduct routine inspections of golf courses, practice areas, and landscaped grounds to identify pest issues, disease, or areas requiring treatment. * Maintain detailed records of all chemical applications, including the type of chemical used, the application rate, and areas treated. * Calibrate spray equipment to ensure proper distribution of chemicals and maintain precision in all applications. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to pesticide application and safety procedures. * Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and team members regarding course conditions, pest problems, and treatment plans. * Assist in maintaining the overall health and presentation of the golf course, including supporting turf and grounds maintenance as needed.
