JOB DETAILS Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising routine maintenance activities as needed
Assist in the daily assignment of equipment to employees and inspect for proper use, cleaning, and storage to assigned parking.
Participate in the daily monitoring of putting greens (moisture, firmness, green speed, and clipping yield) using measuring devices and recording data.
Assist in observing and evaluating playing conditions (moisture, mowing quality, bunker raking, course set up) to take corrective action or report to the Superintendent.
Assist with effective employee and public relations.
Assist the Superintendent in keeping records of maintenance activities, including but not limited to job tracking and chemical and fertilizer applications as required by the law.
Assist in the operation of the irrigation system by using the Rainbird Control System and pump station operation, field observations and scouting for proper moisture, sprinkler adjustments, and repairs.
Operate small power mowers, trimmers, greens mowers, tee mowers, fly-mow, and backpack blowers in designated areas of the golf course.
Rake and manicure transition areas, desert landscape, & rake sand traps.
Perform hand mowing or hand trimming work; renovations and construction work, i.e. shoveling and raking; assist in the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways.
Perform cleaning procedures and manual labor tasks such as (sweeping cart paths, collecting and empty litter cans, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with janitorial building maintenance).
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Under the supervision of the Senior Facilities Manager, performs routine and preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings and mechanical equipment.
Brief Overview of Major Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance on building and mechanical equipment on a scheduled and as needed basis. This includes but is not limited to, inspecting and changing drive belts, replacing faucets, AC filters, repairing or replacing toilets, garbage disposals, drain and waste pipes. Unclog drains with a hand held auger or mechanical snake.
Inspecting and conducting electrical/mechanical servicing of Penner Spa equipment weekly.
Troubleshoot basic electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, outlets, able to read and use a voltage meter.
Major repairs are performed under the supervision of a licensed maintenance worker.
Replace and repairs doors, door locks, and closets.

Brief Overview of Major Duties:
Cleans garden and assisted living homes, apartments, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
Empties wastebaskets and transports other trash and infectious waste to designated disposal areas.
Sweeps, scrubs, and polishes floors using brooms and mops.
Dusts and polishes furniture and equipment.
Keeps storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and organized.
Replenishes supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, and hand cleaners/soap.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Has knowledge of custodial, housekeeping, laundry operations, and floor care.
Has ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures

Preferably has knowledge on using iPad. Training will be provided.
Must be able to complete training on computer and/or other devices.

Day-to-Day
* Create custom Member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.

* Clean and sanitize swimming pool (includes cleaning pools, cleaning filters, skimming pool surfaces, vacuuming pool, checking that chemicals in pool are at ideal levels and adjusting chemicals if needed)
* Comply with all safety and health department procedures. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
* Trim and maintain vegetation around facilities.
* Willingness to assist in facilities maintenance when needed
About You
* Preferred but not required; at least 1 year experience in pool operation & aquatics
* Preferred but not required; Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
