Employee match on the retirement side is pretty low. Last course group did a $4 match for every 5. Troon is .25 for every dollar. Old $4 vs 1.25 for $ 5 dollar employee

Not sure how to answer as I only see who applys to my jobs. Would say less than 15% are minorities
