Preparing my wage range and course budget ready. Ask questions. Push technology and employee happiness.

How would you improve Troon's culture?

Employee match on the retirement side is pretty low. Last course group did a $4 match for every 5. Troon is .25 for every dollar. Old $4 vs 1.25 for $ 5 dollar employee

What do you like best about Troon's CEO and the leadership team?

They stay out of your way if you are doing a good job

What's the diversity at Troon like?

Not sure how to answer as I only see who applys to my jobs. Would say less than 15% are minorities
