ID.me is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to specialize in managing a portfolio of 10-20 State, Local, and Higher Ed (SLED) customers. About the Role

Role Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain endpoint management and configuration systems, including modern device management platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and MaaS360.
Manage and support corporate network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless networks, ensuring reliability and security across all office and remote environments.
