Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications: Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on vehicle requirements). Previous experience as a CDL driver, preferably in the construction or dirt work industry. Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor; stamina to work long hours and in various weather conditions. Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety practices; good communication skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working Conditions: Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab or pilot's cabin for long periods of time. Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
