In the event that Hourly Pay plus Production Pay does not exceed an hourly wage of $18.00 per hour, you will be paid your total hours worked multiplied by $18.00 per hour. Trips are not considered complete until the load has been fully delivered and the completed paperwork is turned in. Production Pay is not earned until the trip it is associated with is completed and trip paperwork is received by the Company. Your pay includes payment for all actions required to manage and complete the trip and fully deliver the load. Pay for all loading, unloading, fueling, inspections, rest breaks, and other duties and tasks that are required to complete the trip are included in your pay, including uploading the trip paperwork into Transflo within 12 hours of completion of the load. Additional Rest Break Pay In addition to the Hourly Base Pay, the Company will also pay you Additional Rest Break Pay. You will earn Additional Rest Break Pay for 10-minute Rest Breaks as set forth in the following table: Hours Worked in California Compensated Rest Breaks Less than 3.5 0 3.5 - 6.0 1 6.1 -10 2 10.1 - 14 3 Your Additional Rest Break Pay will be paid at an hourly rate of $10.00.
