Incumbent is responsible for ensuring quality product assembly, proper loading/unloading and the safe operation of a commercial vehicle (van, straight truck, etc.) to deliver customer orders across interstate lines. Responsible for unloading returned materials to campus at Warehouse C upon arrival and unloading of empty cardboard/garbage into dumpster.
* Pick up orders from vendors or returned goods from customers and bring to Kaplan as scheduled.
* Move trailers from warehouse to the other location on and off campus as needed.
* Provide support in the Distribution Center. Duties could include making dump runs, helping with local deliveries, moving office furniture, assisting in shipping or receiving departments, etc.
* Complete expense reports and turn-in to supervisor in a timely manner with appropriate documentation.
Position Requirements Include:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Six months warehouse and forklift experience required, one year experience preferred.
