What to Expect Begin your career with 4 weeks of paid OTR training, earning $650 per week. Most positions are OTR, with home time every 10-14 days, though many regional openings are available with more frequent home time. Several local positions are available as well. Don't count on a local position fresh out of training. Opportunities & Divisions Presently, we have 23 openings for entry-level drivers with little or no OTR experience.
