Key Responsibilities: Operate a motor coach in a safe, lawful, and efficient manner, adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and safety. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including handling luggage and providing accessibility assistance. Provide clear and professional communication to passengers regarding schedules, safety procedures, and points of interest. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional environment on the coach. Plan routes and navigate using maps, GPS, and trip itineraries. Handle passenger emergencies and administer basic first aid if necessary. Represent the company with a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Motor Coach Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting our valued clients on various charters, including tours, corporate events, and airport shuttles. Essential Duties and Qualifications: Safety & Operation: Safely operate a 40+ foot motor coach in various road and weather conditions. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking tires, lights, brakes, emergency equipment, etc.). Strictly comply with all Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations and maintain an impeccable driving log. Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements. Customer Service: Greet passengers warmly and assist with luggage loading and unloading. Provide a narrated tour or relevant information about the route and destinations. Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism. Ensure a comfortable onboard environment by regulating temperature and announcing rest stops. Professionalism & Logistics: Maintain the coach's interior and exterior cleanliness. Coordinate with dispatchers and tour guides to adhere to schedules and itineraries. Complete necessary paperwork, including trip logs, incident reports, and fuel receipts. Present a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company uniform standards. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) and Air Brake (X) endorsements. Clean driving record and successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to handle luggage and assist passengers.

Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; exchange information with other employees using electronic devices (e.g., pagers and two-way radios, email). Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
