Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company policies. Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to customers. Safely drive and maintain company vehicle. Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care. Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with company policies. Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company. Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy. Position Overview: We are looking for a Concierge, Driver, Porter to join our team! This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dealership experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Safely transport customers and vehicles to and from the dealership as needed. Move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot and service area. Maintain a clean and orderly lot by organizing vehicles efficiently. Assist with dealership errands, including vehicle deliveries and pick-ups. Perform basic vehicle cleaning and upkeep to ensure customer-ready condition. Support the service and sales teams with various tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Essential Duties Attendance is an essential function of this position Accountable to maintain a positive atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. Drive truck to destination. Understand and execute company policy regarding customer service, environmental compliance, and public relations. Complete Pre/Post and roadside vehicle inspections routinely. Maintain vehicle in compliance with Preventative Maintenance Schedule to minimize abuse and unnecessary costs. Demonstrate total competency involving loading and unloading procedures for Ready Mix Concrete. Have a thorough knowledge of all paperwork requirements. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
