A Day in the Life Delivering Products and Pickup: Deliver products to agencies and scheduled pickup sites. Pick up products from donors within the state of Oklahoma.     Now that you have your CDL Class A license no one will hire you because you have no experience. We will. We presently have 14 CDL trainee positions. Business is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty. The interview process is simple. We will call you and do a short phone interview. If we feel you will be approved we will help you put in the first part of the application. Then we send you the second part via email. Once approved for hire you will go out with a trainer for 30 days OTR training all over the country. You will not get home during training. This position will pay you a salary of $650 per week for your first 30 days only. After successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis. Once you have completed training drivers are bringing in huge pay checks ranging from $1100~$1500 per week on average to start. At this time we have 14 positions for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally. Once approved, you will be scheduled for our 1 1/2 day orientation. Once successfully completed, you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training. During training drivers will stay out for 30 days straight not coming home during that time. In training our goal is to turn you into a confidant safe successful driver. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own company truck and a big pay raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect. The run you chose will depend on what runs are open when you complete training.     Freight is stacking up. 18 openings for entry level class a drivers (beginners) will be filled this week. You have your Class A CDL license but no experience. Many carriers won't give you a chance without experience we will. One you put in your application. We will call and do a short interview. Once you are evaluated you'll be approved to put in an application. Approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours. Once approved you will come in for our 3 day Orientation. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks. Trainee pay isn't much. It's just $650.00 per week. This rate is for your first 30 days only. Upon completion you then get moved into your own truck with a huge pay raise from $1050~$1350 on average depending on which position you chose once in your own company truck. If you google our company they have that our drivers make... The typical Truck Driver salary is $3,580. Truck Driver salaries can range from $1,729 - $5,505. Once you get going these can be realistic. But for now plan on making on average from $1050 to $1350 per week once in your own truck. You also have to be flexible when you first start and be patient to get the run you desire. It can take a few weeks to maybe a month or so to get exactly what you want. ie: We have retail stores runs that make $1400-$1600 per week right out of training if available. We offer local, dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Local runs get you home everyday. Dedicated/Regional runs get you home every week. And sometimes during the week depending where your load is going. OTR, over the road runs get you home every 10-14 days for your days off. If a certain account is filled that you want all you have to do is request to be put on that run with your terminal manager.
