You will be driving state-of-the-art test vehicle with test engineers to evaluate features/functions and collect data. Support testing activities by performing on road evaluations of new features/functions being developed. Drive routes on our endurance test track by running cycles on the events specified by the testing requirements. Transport vehicles to remote locations in support of testing activities. Drive specified routes or for a specific time to accumulate mileage. (Mileage accumulation on test vehicles.) There are 3 shifts of operation (9a-5p, 5p-1am, and 1am-9am) They do not swap shifts and someone who is assigned a shift will stick with it unless there is a need but that is rare. Drivers will stay local 99.5% of the time and usually only travel within a 100-150 mile radius.
