Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs on passenger vans (e.g., oil changes, brake servicing, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing). - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs in-house when appropriate. - Coordinate and oversee complex repairs with external service providers when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance

As a CBRE Union Lead Mechanic, you'll oversee maintenance operations, mentor team members, and address repairs with minimal direction. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Partner with internal teams on sophisticated maintenance and repair efforts.
+ Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas. This includes HVAC units, Boilers, Cooling Towers, etc.
+ Review and assign work orders to team members. Directly complete ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
+ Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts. Report on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
+ Complete Hazard Assessments. Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
+ Operate, maintain, and fix various MEP systems including central plant configurations, AC package units, VAV air distribution, building automation systems, DDC and pneumatic controls, life safety systems, generators, electrical distribution and luminary systems, and plumbing systems/fixtures to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
+ Coordinate the equipment/system Property Management program (Angus), including printing, assisting in coordination of staff to complete associated tasks, documenting readings/issues, and closing work orders.
+ Conduct building system inspections to maintain required certifications.
+ Possess strong solving skills, be able to read equipment schematics, apply diagnostic logic, and coordinate accurate repairs with limited supervision.
+ Be flexible with the ability to work additional hours or adjust the schedule if required, including participating in the after-hours "on-call" program.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Show leadership by mentoring staff, evaluating reports, developing employees, taking corrective actions, and modeling integrity.
+ Must possess and maintain CFC Universal certification for this position or obtain within first year of hire.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and a CMMS.

We are a rapidly-growing transportation company looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Heavy Duty Trailer Mechanics to join our team for Monday through Friday plus every other Saturday.
NOTE: This is not a diesel mechanics position although there may be occasional work needed on our tractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections and regular maintenance on trailers
Perform repairs on suspension, brake, air, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Replace tires
Welding and Fabrication experience a plus but not necessary
Must be able to work on top of 13' trailers as well as underneath
Provide mobile maintenance in our service truck
Must be able to work in outside conditions when necessary
Own and operate basic tools
CDL Class A not required but is a plus
Additional Duties may include:
Cleaning shop and repair bays, etc. Assist other mechanics with repairs, pulling trailers in and out of the shop.
