Taking care of the customer's parts needs.
Too many chiefs at corporate level, arrogant hierarchy in management, antiquated computer system, lack of training, racism runs rampant with the company. If you are of African-American decent you have little chance of growing with the company. Very little opportunity for advancement at the store level for any employees. A code word for black employees that is used by a few long-time VP's, and Regional Managers , at the corporate offices was calling black employees Canadians. Truckpro acquires other businesses only to immediately begins reducing, usually through attrition, the number of employees at the newly acquired locations putting a much heavier burden on the remaining employees. You cannot sustain or grow the business with less ability to service your customers. One more note, once someone leaves Truckpro for better opportunities, it is a very rare for them to ever return.
Paid time off policy was the only reason to stay with the company longer than one should.
Nothing
As I stated earlier, too many Chiefs. There has always been a lot of fat at the corporate level. Change corporate and managerial arrogant attitudes toward employees and not really caring about the customer.
Did not prepare
Very low, when I left after 20 years my salary has almost doubled. This far outweighs losing the good time off benefit Truckpro does have
It needs improvement
