Your Role & Impact
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN), you'll lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs that enhance staff competencies and support high-quality patient care. What We're Looking For
Current California State Board RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Two (2) to three (3) years' clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting or ambulatory care as a nurse educator role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in teaching or educational role.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and inspire medical staff
Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required

The pay range for this role is $48.78 - $73.17 on an hourly basis.
