THE PURPOSE: The Senior Merchandiser (Temporary Role) is responsible for managing the overall merchandising strategy, assortment planning, product lifecycle management, price structures, and off-price presentation to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. The off-price Senior Merchandiser will guide a high-functioning team and partner closely with Design, Sales, Buying, Planning, and Production/PD teams to create a compelling, consumer-centric product offering that aligns with True Religion's brand identity.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
Develop and execute the merchandising line plan, seasonal strategies, and product assortments that support the off-price sales channel.
Lead assortment planning, pricing strategy, and product selection with Design to maximize profit margin based on strict margin expectations.

Have a keen insight into the off-price customers so that there is no brand cannibalization between full price and off-price.
Strong understanding of the wholesale marketplace, as the off-price business is majority wholesale.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50 - $60 hourly, which equates to a $104,000 - $124,000 annual salary. This is a full-time, temporary position, covering a leave of absence anticipated from February to June 2026. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
