Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment management for specialized technical and niche roles, overseeing the process from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of technical terminology related to engineering and manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including passive candidate sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Possess strong business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Creative and strategic problem-solving abilities to address recruitment challenges.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Must have proven recruiting experience within Engineering, R&T (Research & Technology), EHS, Central Functions, Operations/Supply Chain roles, and Manufacturing (automotive or chemical).
Must have proven success supporting senior-level searches (Senior Management through Director level)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or experience equivalent
At least 3+ years in a in full-cycle recruitment of successfully placing candidates in specialized technical or niche industry.
Demonstrated ability to partner with top-level executives, understand complex business needs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $31.00 and $44.00 per hour.

Field Service Manager

The Field Service Manager is responsible for effectively planning and managing a portfolio of RenewableWorks clients. The role will develop, explore solutions, find internal partners or external vendors, and structure the project to achieve business results. This position will ensure that project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately within the allocated time and budget, overseeing or managing the initiating, planning, executing, and controlling phases of the project. Travel up to 100% to customer worksites in renewable construction with a focus on solar.

Responsibilities:
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Plan project schedule including timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Track and report project milestones and deliverables
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Work with technical SMES to define and document technical requirements for the project
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Analyze problems and help design appropriate solutions or alternatives
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; or combination of education and experience
Three to five years of proven success in complex project/program management experience in a business setting
Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Ability to analyze and consider potential conclusions as it relates to historical data and current events to anticipate business needs and implement plans accordingly
Strong verbal and written communication, the ability to communicate effectively, conduct meetings, and deliver formal presentations
Strong Customer and team interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
Works effectively and proficiently with customers, vendors, and management team to build relationships and investigate and resolve issues and challenges
Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude to accomplish goals, understand business implications of decisions, and complete multiple task/projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $59,400 - $74,300 annually, depending on experience and geographic location plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.
