The PCB eCAD Engineer will take complete ownership of PCB eCAD design activities, including schematic-to-layout development, customer and cross-functional team interactions, and final manufacturing deliverables. Key Responsibilities

About the Role
With the acquisition of Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager is in the beginning phases of an exciting journey of discovering how the two solutions will integrate. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and be a valuable contributor in building something new. In this role, you will work closely with the product team through design iteration by incorporating internal and external stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities
Produce designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience. Outputs include user flows, high fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Act as the user advocate in cross functional teams with product managers, architects, and software engineers.
Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to validate assumptions, uncover insights, and inform design decisions.
Create intuitive products that elevate the user experience using current best practices, design thinking, and user research.
Collaborate with product managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to incorporate specific design requirements, visual treatment, and content structure.
Manage multiple concurrent design projects at various levels of concept through production.
Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation.
Provide informal mentoring, feedback, and design critique to improve team practices and outputs.
Measure the success of design solutions through adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college.
5+ years relevant design experience working with a product team.
Experience working on the design and creation of complex workflows, atomic based design systems, and/or deep websites.
The ability to conduct, interpret, and act on user research.
Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma.
Effective communicator with the ability to understand and clarify requirements, design decisions, and stakeholder feedback.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
Track record of commitment to prior employers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with workflow design principles/concepts.
Familiarity with financial modeling and financial visualization concepts.
Understanding of data model concept as it pertains to a specific business domain.

* Be exposed to the latest and greatest technology in the in-building wireless industry on a daily basis, often receive detailed information on new products before they are officially released to the public.

Responsible for:
* Follow direction of Central Engineering Lead.
* Able to work at a PC for extended hours.
* Understand frequency band, protocols and the terms used to quantify signal strength, quality, and transmitting base stations.
* Understand all Repeater and DAS OEM equipment and their architectures.
* Learn RF Math and how it applies to the design.
* Set up 3D modeling in iBwave.
* Layout thorough and clean DAS designs.
* Produce accurate BOMs from design effort.
* Produce fiber and rack diagrams in Visio.
* Run propagation models in iBwave.
* Export and consolidate designs, plots, and any other design reports required.

We are seeking for a Fire Sprinkler Designerto become an integral part of our Fire Protection division. This FP Designer must work collaboratively with internal administrative/office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in supporting and coordinating assigned construction activities to meet both project and company objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide sprinkler system design layouts for review and installation per NFPA, FM Global and Contract drawings plans and specs.
Conduct hydraulic calculations as required for system sizing.
Provide material and fabrication list for purchasing.
Conduct field survey if required for existing buildings.
Work with field craft personnel on system installations.
Participate in the coordination process with other trades as required.
Work on a team.
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in the Fire Protection or mechanical piping industries.
Knowledge of a sprinkler system design software, Hydra Cad preferable, others acceptable.
Revit use a plus.
Computer literate in all MS programs
High school education minimum
Owns a vehicle with valid license
Drug screening
OSHA 10 a plus
ADA Physical Requirements:
Lifting no more than 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
Typically requires standing and walking for 6 hours of an 8-hour day (certain light jobs may require continuous sitting and entail the consistent use of either hand or foot controls).
