Learn how to conduct 25 and 50-minute assisted stretching sessions. Be able to teach how to perform and interpret assessments. Provide exceptional customer service. Have a national personal training certification. 1-3 years of experience managing a revenue-generating fitness program. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals.
