The Corporate Sales Manager position creates and executes a strategy and actions to generate and grow revenue through group membership sales. This full-cycle sales position includes sales strategy, lead generation, material preparation, pricing, presenting, closing, enrollment, and maintaining long-term account management. This individual contributor role partners closely with our clubs, marketing, operations, and finance teams to increase group sales revenue. This position is based in our San Antonio, TX corporate office and requires significant time spent meeting with clients. This position will include an annual base salary of approximately. $80,000, plus commission, with total eligible earnings up to approx. $120,000.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Build and maintain a portfolio of leads for potential group clients in the community (hospitals, schools, medical centers, corporations, hotels, community organizations, etc.).
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new group leads.
Community benchmarking, outreach, and networking.
Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers.
Serve as a company ambassador for TruFit throughout the community.
Marketing and Promotions
Collaborate with marketing, club sales, and operations teams to design specific promotional materials for group sales.
Develop and propose competitive group pricing plans and promotions.
Attend local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.

Increase Group Membership Revenue
Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on sales presentations to potential client groups, including touring locations, highlighting key amenities, offering competitive pricing packages, and increasing the group membership value platform.
Explain the terms of agreements and coordinate the process to enroll new group memberships into our systems.
Serve as the liaison between clubs and clients, ensuring processes are established to integrate new group members into our clubs.
Maintain accurate sales metrics reports and analytics. Consistently measure progress toward goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing group clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to offer updates, promotions, and support.

Position Overview

Requirements:
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in fitness programming, personal training, or group training (3 years minimum in program design).
Proven success in developing and scaling fitness programs across multiple locations.
Expertise in SGPT and PT programming, with the ability to coach and mentor at all levels.
Strong business acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and program adoption.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to balance creative content development with compliance and operational requirements.
Current fitness certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
Ability to travel up to 30% for compliance, launches, and events.

The System Administrator role emphasizes hands-on technical support, operational reliability, and a proactive mindset to maintain secure and scalable systems across cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This position is based in our San Antonio corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Office, SharePoint, Teams)
Provide IT helpdesk and remote support across Windows and iOS platforms
Assist with backup/restore and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Support PCI compliance efforts and help enforce security policies
Manage SSO/MFA, privileged access, and password systems
Maintain license records, SaaS subscriptions, and certificate renewals
Perform onboarding/offboarding tasks, patching, and endpoint hygiene
Maintain basic website infrastructure, DNS, and domain registration
Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell

Experience with Azure, Entra ID, M365, and PowerShell
5-7 years of experience supporting IT departments
Understanding of PCI compliance, MS Defender, certificate management, and access controls
