The Controller manages the accounting department of TruFit Athletic Clubs. The Controller is a “hands-on” position and is expected to prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate with the finance department as well as club and district level leaders. Key Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: As a Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”) member, you will partner closely with SLT to provide timely and accurate financial data, so they can effectively manage their areas of responsibility. Manage the month-end-close process accurately and in a timely manner in conjunction with corporate deadlines. Prepare monthly and annual reconciliations and financial reports and statements to ensure compliance with various statutory requirements, generally accepted accounting principles, and established policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and other financial data. Maintain accounting controls and audit documents. Prepare journal entries and maintain and reconcile accounts. Assist in the preparation of various special reports as directed. Oversee the timely payment and accuracy of sales and use tax returns. Assist with external audit requests and provide information as requested. Assist in the review for proper accounting treatment for all transactions. Provide technical accounting support to various departments. Assist with the development, review, and updating of accounting policies, procedures, checklists, and related documentation concerning assigned functions and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field. CPA a plus. Minimum 10 years of Accounting/Finance experience, including previous supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the full accounting cycle. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite of products - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Gold's Gym Housekeepers are vital members of the gym staff team. They ensure that the facility is clean and meets the expectations of members. Housekeepers will be responsible for any combination of light cleaning duties on the gym floor, locker rooms and offices. Housekeepers work under the direction of the Gym Member Experience Manager. Housekeepers perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain gym and offices, in a clean and orderly manner. They work under the direction of the Gym Operations Manager. Some of the various duties housekeepers have include: Cleans outside glass Wipes down equipment, doors and floors as necessary Empties trash receptacles daily Sweeps and mops floors/stairwells/staircases Cleans carpets and floors as needed Changes light bulbs as necessary Cleans all fitness equipment, bathrooms (tile, tub, walls and sink), mirrors and glass Dusts furniture and fixtures daily Cleans the management office daily Mops and sweeps lobby floors Cleans the locker room (sweeps, mops, trash removal, dusts, cleans out lint); buffs locker/lobby room floor Maintains and organizes mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners and other equipment/supplies in good condition in designated storage areas Picks up debris on carpet and vacuums carpet Replaces or adds required supplies in locker rooms Stocks carts with linens and supplies and organizes cart as trained and required Cleans vacuum cleaner bags or canister daily Reports maintenance problems in an accurate and timely matter

The Kids Club Team Member provides care for children while parents workout in the gym. Kids Club Team Member oversees and supervises all children through independent and group activities, exercises and keeps children occupied while their parent is working out on the gym premises. Care for children in a defined area of the gym for the attending member(s). Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games. Read to children, and participate in activities, such as simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs. Care for children with disabilities needed to include securing the children in equipment, such as chairs and slings. Keep security records on individual children, ensuring that all children have a registration form on file. Based on proper security procedures ensure that every child is checked-in per guidelines and all parents provide proper identification when child is checked-in and out. The Corporate Sales Manager position creates and executes a strategy and actions to generate and grow revenue through group membership sales. This full-cycle sales position includes sales strategy, lead generation, material preparation, pricing, presenting, closing, enrollment, and maintaining long-term account management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospecting and Lead Generation Build and maintain a portfolio of leads for potential group clients in the community (hospitals, schools, medical centers, corporations, hotels, community organizations, etc.). Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new group leads. Community benchmarking, outreach, and networking. Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers. Serve as a company ambassador for TruFit throughout the community. Marketing and Promotions Collaborate with marketing, club sales, and operations teams to design specific promotional materials for group sales. Develop and propose competitive group pricing plans and promotions. Attend local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities. Subject matter expert on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Increase Group Membership Revenue Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on sales presentations to potential client groups, including touring locations, highlighting key amenities, offering competitive pricing packages, and increasing the group membership value platform. Explain the terms of agreements and coordinate the process to enroll new group memberships into our systems. Serve as the liaison between clubs and clients, ensuring processes are established to integrate new group members into our clubs. Maintain accurate sales metrics reports and analytics. Consistently measure progress toward goals. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing group clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Regularly communicate with clients to offer updates, promotions, and support. Serve as the primary point of contact for group sales feedback and concerns. Gold's Gym Housekeepers are vital members of the gym staff team. They ensure that the facility is clean and meets the expectations of members. Housekeepers will be responsible for any combination of light cleaning duties on the gym floor, locker rooms and offices. Housekeepers work under the direction of the Gym Member Experience Manager. Housekeepers perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain gym and offices, in a clean and orderly manner. They work under the direction of the Gym Operations Manager. Some of the various duties housekeepers have include: * Cleans outside glass * Wipes down equipment, doors and floors as necessary * Empties trash receptacles daily * Sweeps and mops floors/stairwells/staircases * Cleans carpets and floors as needed * Changes light bulbs as necessary * Cleans all fitness equipment, bathrooms (tile, tub, walls and sink), mirrors and glass * Dusts furniture and fixtures daily * Cleans the management office daily * Mops and sweeps lobby floors * Cleans the locker room (sweeps, mops, trash removal, dusts, cleans out lint); buffs locker/lobby room floor * Maintains and organizes mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners and other equipment/supplies in good condition in designated storage areas * Picks up debris on carpet and vacuums carpet * Replaces or adds required supplies in locker rooms * Stocks carts with linens and supplies and organizes cart as trained and required * Cleans vacuum cleaner bags or canister daily * Reports maintenance problems in an accurate and timely matter * At least three (3) months experience in housekeeping or janitorial services and three (3) months customer service experience desired; experience in hospitality or health clubs is a plus * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred * Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Must have excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills * Must have proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously * Must be able to collaborate and work as part of a team in a professional manner
