Sasan Goodarzi has served as a member of Atlassian's board of directors since April 2018. Mr. Goodarzi is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Intiuit Inc. From May 2016 to December 2018, Mr. Goodarzi served as executive vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group. Prior to that, Mr. Goodarzi held multiple general management positions during two separate stints at Intuit, including as senior vice president and general manager for the company’s ProTax division and Intuit Financial Services from 2004 to 2010, as chief information officer leading Intuit’s transition to the cloud from 2011 to 2013, and as general manager and executive vice president of TurboTax from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining Intuit, Mr. Goodarzi worked for Invensys, a global provider of industrial automation, transportation and controls technology, serving as global president of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at Honeywell. Mr. Goodarzi earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Glenn Kelman has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since March 2006 after serving in a number of executive-level roles since 2005. Before joining us, Mr. Kelman was the co-founder of Plumtree Software, Inc., a provider of enterprise portal software products, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Kelman holds a B.A. in English from University of California, Berkeley. We believe that Mr. Kelman’s deep understanding of our company and his real estate industry experience qualifies him to serve on our board of directors.

Richard Barton (born June 2, 1967) is an American internet entrepreneur and the chief executive officer of Zillow Group. Barton founded online travel company (and Microsoft spinoff) Expedia, Inc., real-estate internet company Zillow, and job search engine and career community Glassdoor. He also founded the online travel photography sharing site Trover, which was acquired by Expedia in 2016. Barton was also a venture partner at Benchmark, and is on the board of directors for Netflix, Avvo, Nextdoor, and Artsy.

Brian Joseph Chesky (born August 29, 1981) is an American billionaire businessman and industrial designer. He is the co-founder and CEO of the peer-to-peer lodging service Airbnb. Chesky was named one of Time's "100 Most Influential People of 2015".

Sutherland-Wong was named Glassdoor president earlier this year and appointed as the company's first COO in February 2018, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategy and business for Glassdoor. He joined the company in 2015 as vice president and general manager of monetization. Previously, Sutherland-Wong held roles at LinkedIn and Bain & Company. He currently sits on the board of Toolworks, an organization that helps people with barriers to employment successfully enter the job market.
