Trumbull Industries company history timeline
Trumbull Industries Inc started in 1922 in Warren, OH (the County seat of Trumbull County). The company was originally known as Trumbull Plumbing Supply Co, Inc, and serviced plumbing contractors.
The skyline of downtown Warren reached its present outline in 1923 and has not since changed; the city has the distinction amongst major Ohio cities of having the only downtown skyline still standing in the shadow of the spire of a grand nineteenth century church.
1950 - Milton and David Miller took over management of the company
1957 - The brothers moved the headquaters to a new building in Youngstown, Ohio
1962 - Trumbull acquired Moody Pump and Supply and opened it's first branch in Pennsylvainia
1972 - Trumbull acquired two factory branches of American Standard and opened a branch in Akron, Ohio
1980 - The Cabinet and Appliance Division was moved to Youngstown, Ohio and the Erie branch opened
1986 - Trumbull created it's own product line and changed the name from Trumbull Supply to Trumbull Industries
1990 - The purchase of the former Van Huffel Tube plant moved the corporate headquarters back to Warren, Ohio
