Wisconsin Building Supply, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking a Truss Designer for our Green Bay, WI location.

Schedule: Mon-Fri: Shifts are 8-10 hours per day between 6:00 am 5:00pm

Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience

How you will spend your day as a Truss Designer:

* Create component designs for shop fabrication based on information gathered from customers and project documents.
* Design residential roof and floor system and produce layouts using Mitek software
* Partner with your internal and external customers to ensure accuracy on estimates.
* Maintain job related files, including project status' and electronic filing.
* Using critical thinking skills to resolve architectural and design discrepancies.
* Create and update component designs for prefabrication shop and field installation
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers as needed providing accurate, timely, and through information.
* Looking for a Truss Designer to layout floor and roof trusses using Mitek software. Need to have a minimum of 3 years experience.

  • Read and interpret architectural and structural truss drawings.

MiTek or Alpine Software experience
