A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE As a Client Service Associate, you arrive each day ready to maintain and improve the relationship between our company and our clients. Through addressing internal and external client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, you are a key component to the team. You serve as a liaison to our clients and handle all of the behind-the-scenes and necessary administrative duties to follow proper procedures and established guidelines.
