Ensure internal and external members' Payments questions, concerns and/or requests are answered and/or solved utilizing strong service skills while being completed in a timely and accurate manner. Loans originated in this division are originated and underwritten to national standards established by divisions of the federal government (e.g. USDA, VA, FHA), government-sponsored enterprises (e.g. FNMA and FHLMC) and large institutional investors. This position is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of servicing related functions once the mortgage loan is funded. These duties include payment processing, accounting for all escrow related areas and processing member service inquiries. Review all Fannie Mae and FHLB reporting and processing to ensure data is accurate in all systems, work with all vendors to resolve issues, and process all service related functions of closed and funded mortgage loan files.
