Job Description WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Client Service Associate serves as a key partner to our Financial Advisors and is an important point of contact for our members. You'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, accurate, and responsive client experience by supporting account setup, maintenance, and day-to-day service needs, with routine communication conducted via email and phone.
