Parker Trutec company history timeline

1931

Patents for the same were filed in 1931 and the Hills McCanna Company became the first licensee to manufacture these valves.

1958

In 1958, Daleng Corporation licensed the Arco-Wynn design and started manufacturing diaphragm valves.

1970

Founded in 1970 as Flow Research, this first generation of our company was the source of invention for commercialized wind power, water jet cutting technology and many other industrial firsts.

1992

In 1992, Daleng corporation, its assets and intellectual property were acquired to form TruTech Industries.

2000

Retaken private in 2000, today it is part of $3.5 billion asset Tenska Power Fund, L.P.

2008

In 2008, TruTech industries was acquired by the current management team and TruTech Valve, LLC was formed.

2009

Brought first commercially viable wind energy turbine to market which was used to establish Northern California wind farm (Vertical Axis Wind Turbines or VAWT). In 2009 under China–US Ten-Year Energy and Environment Cooperation Framework.

2010

In November 2010, Qi2 spun out its most recent commercial venture, Quest Metrology, LLC, which offers automated non-contact thread form measurement technology that is redefining what is possible for thread inspection.

2018
