Most co workers care deeply about the work. It is great experience working for the work force.
Leadership doesn't know what anyone else really does. They like to congratulate each other by continuously giving each other promotions even though they're not qualified for the promoted position. People within the company not in leadership who are qualified for certain roles will be looked over for positions due to the cult of leadership. Weird office politics.
Days off but I was still struggling paycheck to paycheck.
