    Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Night Shift) Reports To: Warehouse shift Manager JOB PURPOSE: The Warehouse Associate Night Shift is responsible for accurately selecting and loading products onto delivery trucks to ensure timely and efficient distribution to Tryon customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to maintaining safety and accuracy standards in accordance with Tryon's established guidelines. Night shift team members play a critical role in preparing routes for the next day's deliveries and supporting overall warehouse excellence. ABOUT THE ROLE: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Move product between shelving, pallet jacks, and staging areas safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and place product on the automatic conveyor belt system to support order fulfillment and truck loading. Organize and straighten products in shelf or bin locations to maintain warehouse accuracy and cleanliness. Accurately pick orders based on established standards and ensure products are staged for the correct delivery routes. Follow written and verbal instructions related to order selection, labeling, and shipment preparation. Maintain situational awareness of potential safety hazards, including moving forklifts and powered equipment, and follow all safety protocols. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other power equipment as needed. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency. Qualifications REQUIRED Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 175 lbs safely Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Working knowledge of safe work practices and warehouse safety procedures Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions Ability to work the assigned night shift and adjust to changing priorities as needed Willingness to work overtime or extended hours based on operational needs Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines PREFERRED High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment Prior experience or certification with operating powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks Familiarity with order-picking systems or conveyor operations is a plus Working conditions The employee will primarily perform work in a warehouse environment, involving frequent standing, walking, lifting, and operating material-handling equipment. Duties and responsibilities Perform all pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company safety standards, ensuring truck and load readiness before departure. Safely transport product to outlying dock locations across the state, obtain necessary signatures, and complete all delivery paperwork accurately. Accept and process product returns from customers or dock locations, ensuring proper documentation and placement in designated return areas upon return to the warehouse. Address and resolve customer or dock concerns in a professional manner, escalating unresolved issues to a supervisor when needed.     J ob Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Reports To: Controller The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in keeping our portfolio of premium beers and fine wines moving smoothly through the business by ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, and applying an average of 200 payments per day. The AR specialist also tracks and reports on past-due invoices, working closely with internal teams to support timely reconciliation. Duties and Responsibilities Balance all delivery routes by verifying payments match. Prepare and verify all cash for the courier. Notify operations of any missing payments or short pays. Send out notices and track any NSF's. Process Employee Purchases and Supplier Samples invoices. Review, track, and send out notices weekly for short pays. Update an Excel spreadsheet as instructed and download the information into Microsoft Teams. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exemplary team participation. Excellent ability to follow procedures and directions. Ability to problem solve issues and independently develop solutions. Ability to audit an account to determine outstanding balance. Highly proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. Microsoft Office, Teams, and Encompass Must be able to use a 10-key desktop calculator. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (preferred). Three years or more experience in Accounts Receivable (preferred). Working conditions Mostly indoor office environment Noise from routine office equipment and some warehouse equipment/vehicle noise Frequent interruptions Physical requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
